Shipping policy
Shipping times are separate from processing times as listed on all of the product pages. Once your order ships out, you will receive an email or sms notification with your tracking number. Please note that you are responsible for tracking your order once it is shipped out.
The following applies to all orders:
- In the scenario that you have not received your package and it shows as being delivered, please make sure you follow up with your delivery driver or open a missing package case with usps. We are not held responsible for any order that is marked as being delivered.
- If your package shows as being undeliverable due to an address issue, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with usps. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to reship the package. If you want to cancel the order there is a 20% restocking fee minus the shipping cost.
- If you have a discount code that gives you free shipping, your items will be shipped via the most economical method available.
