All sales are final. Due to the limited quantity that is made per design we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective please send us and email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your items and include (DAMAGED: (YOUR ORDER NUMBER) In the subject line and in the email body include the following:
1. Name on the order
2. Email the order was made with
3. A photograph demonstrating the damaged item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order.
NOTE: All Tags Must be visible and still placed on the item when submitting the photographs. You void any right for a refund if the tags are taken off. You void any right to a refund if the item is missing any of it's original items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all the original packaging.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED
If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but it is missing, please contact us within 2 business days. At times it will be required to file a claim with usps as well as a police report that will have to be provided to us.
In the scenario where multiple attempts are made to deliver a package and the items are returned to the us, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the re-shipping of the items. If the buyer wants to cancel their order instead of reshipping the package, their is a 20% restocking fee of the order total plus initial shipping fees if the buyer received free shipping.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
CANCELLATION ORDER POLICY
Since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production or shipped out.
Most orders go into production within 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
If your cancellation request is approved there is a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for any shipping charges if applicable.
We currently do not offer any exchanges.
