Processing takes 7-10 business days and the shipping time is calculated based on your location and method of shipping that you choose during checkout. It typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after your items have been shipped.

If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but it is missing, please contact us within 2 business days. At times it will be required to file a claim with usps as well as a police report that will have to be provided to us.
In the scenario where multiple attempts are made to deliver a package and the items are returned to the us, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the re-shipping of the items. If the buyer wants to cancel their order instead of reshipping the package, their is a 20% restocking fee of the order total plus the shipping fees.
